RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind the brands we carry and quality of our products and want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and are here to help. 

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout, once an order is placed with us we are unable to cancel it for any reason.  

We process returns only in the form of store credit (Lullaby Rebel E-Gift Card) Please note, we carefully inspect our items before shipping.

Please be mindful that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of improper use.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell or similar product stains, damages cause by improper care after the item was delivered, non returnable accessories (hats, beanies, scarfs, jewelry), leggings for sanitary reasons, clearance items which are non returnable items. We strictly enforce this. Please do not send this items back as we are not responsible for shipping this items back to the customer.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling after the item/s have been shipped. If a product is damaged in transit or is lost, it is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier. 

       Shipping cost will not be refunded

      *Non returnable/refundable items include: leggings, accessories like hats,          beanies, jewelry for hygiene reasons. Clearance items are final sales.

RETURN SHIPPING COST is the customer's responsibility.

Please keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

* Returns or incorrect items need to be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery.  

Email us at hello@lullabyrebel.co to start the return request process. Include your name and order # and reason for return.

* Merchandise must be shipped to us within 10 business days (M-F) of receiving the item/s.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  

*Please allow up to 5 business days from the day we received your return for us to issue your store credit. You will receive a confirmation email with the store credit in the form of a Lullaby Rebel E-Card.

Price Adjustments we are unable to offer any sort of price adjustment if an item goes on sale after you have purchased it.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

We strictly enforce this policy and will not make any exceptions.
